Donald E. Bratt, MAI, SRA has been appraising real estate on the Central Coast of California for 33 years.  He has worked for the County Assessor's Offices in San Luis Obispo, Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.  This period of 9 years allowed him to appraise almost all types of properties and in 1986, after earning his SRA Professional Designation, he started his own company.    The SRA professional membership designation is held by real estate solutions providers who are experienced in the analysis and valuation of residential real property.  In 1993 he earned the MAI Professional Designation.  The MAI membership designation is held by appraisers who are experienced in the valuation and evaluation of commercial, industrial, residential and other types of properties, and who advise clients on real estate investment decisions.  He has extensive experience in appraising most types of real estate and has consulted or been the appraiser of record on many unique projects.
